Sometimes we find that we’re accomplishing all of our goals as a company, but face stress, frayed nerves, and burnout even in the midst of a strong team. This eventually leads to staff turnover, disunity, and misalignment. 

The Doing + Being development training is meant to help high achieving teams learn more about what’s underneath and give space for presence, depth, and communication in a group setting. The goal is to see your team flourishing in both the doing and the being. It is based on a proven training framework combining team development, spiritual formation, and experiential learning.


The doing + being workshop is built around six, two-hour sessions designed for teams between 10-20 people. The sessions can be done once a week, twice a month, once a month or in a 3-day retreat format. Each session is a mix of teaching, discussion, and experiential learning in a group format.
